SEXY BEEF AND BROCCOLI
Ingredients
2 cups of broccoli florets
1/2 lb beef, sliced thin and pre-sauteed in olive or coconut oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed or use garlic powder
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or ginger powder
1 Tablespoon olive or Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce (Tamari/Low-carb)
Chopped Green Onion for garnish
Instructions:
Add cooking oil (including sesame oil if desired) to a large skillet or wok on medium heat.
Add the broccoli florets into the skillet and sautee until bright green and it’s reached desired tenderness, about 3 minutes.
Add in the cooked beef, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Sautee for 2 more minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately alone or over cauliflower fried rice.
